High-Tenacity Yarn DIntroduction:The core of Super-Durable Yarn is composed of high-tenacity polyester filament and high-tenacity nylon filament, with a water-soluble TPU outer coating to form high-strength composite yarn. Compared with solid TPU monofilament, it features lower specific gravity and superior tensile strength.
It remedies the drawbacks of pure high-tenacity filament including insufficient abrasion resistance, poor color fastness, weak resistance to phenolic yellowing and general yellowing. Additionally, it withstands high temperatures up to 180°C, and fabrics woven from it deliver excellent formability and outstanding air permeability.
