Anti-slip yarn is a high-performance coated functional yarn. It adopts high-strength polyester filament and nylon 66 high-strength filament as the inner core, and is finely produced with premium silicone anti-slip coating technology on the surface. The coating features excellent adhesion and is not easy to peel off. The yarn exhibits outstanding resistance to washing, bending and pulling. With long service life and stable performance, it can maintain favorable anti-slip effect for a long time. It is a special anti-slip reinforcing auxiliary material for the textile weaving industry.

This coated anti-slip yarn delivers strong anti-slip friction and stable surface slip resistance, which can effectively enhance the anti-slip locking performance of fabrics. It is compatible with various conventional yarn weaving processes with broad compatibility and versatility. The silicone coating is tightly combined with the yarn substrate with firm adhesion and resists flaking and peeling. Meanwhile, it boasts excellent tensile resistance and bending resistance. It can withstand repeated stretching, bending, washing and other cyclic use conditions without deformation or functional failure, making it suitable for all kinds of frequently used functional textiles.

Selection Guide for Anti-slip yarn

Skin-friendly fabrics such as anti-slip socks and yoga sock cuffs: Nylon anti-slip yarn 100D-150D is recommended.

Sports protectors, compression webbing, elastic webbing and other products: Nylon anti-slip yarn 150D is recommended.

Non-skin-contact materials including shoe lining and luggage lining: Polyester anti-slip yarn 100D-150D is recommended for high cost performance.
